Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. A valid credit card is required upon check-in regardless of your booking method. The card will be authorized at check-in for the estimated amount of your entire stay plus a $50.00 per night authorization for incidental charges. It may take 72 hours or longer after check-out for your bank to release the credit hold on your account. The Hotel is not responsible for overdraft charges incurred due to the hold.

Rooms may not be available until after the reserved hotel's designated check-in time. Early check-in is extended complimentary based on availability. The late checkout fee varies, depending on the time of day. If a room is not available upon early arrival or we cannot extend your requested late checkout, our bell staff will be happy to store your luggage on your behalf.



All departures prior to date agreed at time of check-in will be subject to charges equivalent to a one-night stay inclusive of taxes. If a reservation is reduced in length of stay within the cancellation period, a penalty fee may apply.



We uphold a 24-hour cancellation policy and all reservations are non-transferable. Please arrange cancellations by 3:00 pm (CST) one day prior to arrival to avoid payment of one night’s room and taxes.



Prepaid Reservations. Your reservation is being held(guaranteed) by a deposit on the credit card provided and will be charged the full amount at time of booking. The reservation is non-modifiable, and the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellable Reservations. Your reservation is being held(guaranteed)by the credit card provided at the time of booking. Your credit card may be charged if you do not check into the Hotel on the scheduled arrival day, if you shorten your scheduled departure after checking-in, or if you do not cancel your reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy.



Self-parking is available to all overnight guests for a charge of $10 (per night) and it is not included in the room rate.



We apologize for any inconvenience, but pets are not permitted. For recommendations on local pet care and lodging, please contact a member of our front desk team at (214)273-3000. We understand that some guests require the assistance of a service animal. Under the ADA, people with disabilities have the right to be accompanied by their service animals if they have been trained to perform disability-related tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability. The ADA does NOT cover “emotional support animals”.



The Lorenzo Hotel maintains a 100% smoke-free environment (including e-cigarettes) throughout the hotel. If this policy is violated,guests will be charged a minimum cleaning fee of $500.



Our state-of-the-art fitness center is located on the 1st floor and can be accessed 24 hours/day with your room key.



The Lorenzo Hotel only accepts packages for guest currently registered at the hotel. There is a fee for package handling of $5.00 per package that is billed to the guest’s room.



The Lorenzo enforces a “No In-Room Party Policy” to ensure we can always protect the hotel and our guests. No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without refund. Registered guest(s) are responsible for all persons visiting and any damages to the room. Non-Registered visitors are only permitted until 10:00 PM.



ADA compliant guest rooms are available and should be reserved in advance. The hotel is fully compliant with the standards set forth by the American with Disabilities Act and offer ten (10) rooms with these options.
