Sure is! The Lorenzo is located in downtown Dallas and is a short distance to Uptown and Deep Ellum.

How much is your parking?

$10.00- self-parking per day
$20.00- valet per day

How old do I have to be to check in?

21 years of age.

Can you receive packages and how much is the holding fee?

Yes you can! Holding fee is $6 per night – same day is free!

Does the hotel have free internet?

Yes. Wifi throughout. Wired & Wifi in the rooms. It’s fast. It’s free.

Do I have to have a credit card to check in?

Yes.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit Cards, Debit Cards and cash can be used as payment at check-out. We do not accept checks as a form of payment. A credit card must be provided at check-in.

Is the pool open all year?

Yes.

Do you allow pets?

We do not allow pets. Official service animals are allowed.

Can I check in early?

Early check-in may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.

Can I have a late check out?

Check out is at 11:00am daily. Special requests for early check out are upon request and availability and not guaranteed.

How many rooms can I book at 1 time?

You can book 9 rooms at 1 time in the event you need 10 rooms or more you will be directed to our Awesome Sales team.

Am I allowed to bring my own food?

We do not allow outside food in any of our public area of the hotel. If you have your own cooler, lunchbox, food items, they must be kept in your room.

Who do I contact if I want to throw a birthday party?

You may contact our Sales team events coordinator.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

You may not bring any outside alcohol on the premises.

Do you offer a laundry service?

We have laundry rooms located on the 3rd and 9th floor.
We offer a laundry/dry-cleaning service. Signature Garment Care. Mon-Fri, pick up 8:00am. They bring the items back the same day before 7:00pm. Closed Sat-Sun.

Can I have guests at the hotel?

You may bring up to 2 guest. A total of 4 hotel guest are allowed per room.

Do you have bus/trailer parking?

Must be approved by Lorenzo Hotel Management and there will be a fee per parking space used.

How much is your incidental fee?

$50.00 at the check in process. This is an authorization only and will be lifted upon check-out.

Do you provide a shuttle?

The hotel does not provide shuttle service.

Do you have bathtubs?

We do not have bathtubs. Our rooms have showers.

Do you have handicapped rooms?

The Lorenzo Hotel does offer an accessible King and an accessible Queen room. Please contact hotel for any special request.
